Tina Mosca serves in a technical analysis and research capacity on multidisciplinary planning and development projects at Leland Consulting Group. Areas of expertise include downtown and commercial revitalization and long-range economic planning.

Prior to joining LCG, Tina worked as an independent consultant with Cascade Economic Planning on a broad range of planning and economic development projects. She has provided urban renewal project management and technical advisory services for more than 12 cities and counties in Oregon and has conducted market research and analysis for destination resort communities and Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) projects.

Tina holds a graduate degree in urban and regional planning from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in creative writing from the University of Michigan.
