Paul Reinhart provides real estate development and marketing skills to support sustainable development initiatives.
With a masters degree in architecture and urban design, Paul has spent more than 20 years creating successful and innovative initiatives in real estate, marketing, branding, media, software, and consumer products for Fortune 100 companies to small startups. Paul is known for thinking analytically, creatively, and strategically about marketing and business issues and for taking ownership of creating cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to bring about the best result for clients.
Beginning his career in Seattle, he co-founded a consultancy that became the national leader in improving product design, information communication, and marketing for public transit systems. In the 1980s, he guided the development of new communities and large scale real estate projects throughout the U.S., including regional shopping centers, high rise offices, transit-oriented developments, and mixed-use developments. Since the early 1990s, Paul has advised companies such as Starbucks, Proctor & Gamble, Harley Davidson, Wells Fargo, Microsoft, Amazon, and Nokia in the development of retail, online, and mobile products and services.
Throughout all of his experience, he has brought to bear a strong integration of product design and development, branding, and marketing.
