Melinda S Patton AIA Principal e-mail In her role as a licensed architect and urban designer, Melinda (Mindi) Plummer provides Leland Consulting Group with a key knowledge base of urban design, regulatory requirements, development processing, and urban design implementation principles. She provides considerable creative experience in urban development and redevelopment and also serves as liaison, particularly when Leland Consulting Group works on projects in partnership with architectural firms. Mindi has an extensive knowledge of the development industry, including planning, programming, urban design, smart growth principles, place making and urban trends. She holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Oregon, with an emphasis on urban design. She also studied civil engineering at Walla Walla College.
