Managing Principal


Lee Bodenhamer brings a unique perspective and exceptional real estate management experience to Leland Consulting Group, combining a military background in major defense program management with senior level management expertise in private sector real estate development and asset management, both as a Trammell Crow Company partner and as the Managing Director of Corporate Real Estate for US Bancorp.

Additionally, Lee has provided real estate planning and development advisory services to both private and public clients. These services have also included corporate strategic organizational planning, relocation services and corporate asset management strategies. 

Prior to joining Leland Consulting Group, Lee was a founding leader in the development of a scientifically based risk management and mitigation process.  This process has been applied to both natural and man originated disasters and was termed “the most robust and credible process of threat identification and mitigation we have seen” by one the world’s leading underwriters of terrorism insurance. 

Lee provides invaluable real estate management experience and business acumen and is expanding the effective presence of Leland Consulting Group throughout Texas and the Southwest through the establishment of strategic alliances.  His keen understanding of market economics, demographic trends and real estate planning principles has made him a key member of the Leland team. 

Mr. Bodenhamer was the President of his class as a Sloan Fellow at Stanford University Business School where he earned a Master's degree in Business Management.  He also earned an MS degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
